Information We Collect
DentalCosts.co ("we," "our," "the site"), operated by Scout Theory LLC, collects limited information to provide dental cost comparisons and process cost-comparison requests and, when you explicitly ask for provider matching, connect you with independent providers:
- Contact form submissions: When you submit a contact form or request a quote, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, procedure interest, message). This data is sent to our form processing endpoint and used to respond to your inquiry, organize your comparison request, and carry out any provider sharing you explicitly authorize.
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
- WhatsApp communications: If you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are processed through WhatsApp's platform subject to their privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to respond to inquiries about dental costs and treatment options, connect interested patients with independent dental providers when the patient has explicitly requested provider matching, improve our cost comparison content and user experience, and send follow-up communications only when you've requested them.
Information Sharing
We do not operate as a general data broker. If you explicitly consent to provider matching, we may share the information in that request with up to 3 independent dental providers that may be relevant. A provider relationship may include referral or lead compensation. Provider participation does not constitute an endorsement. We also share analytics data with Google through GA4 under its data processing terms.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies through Google Analytics to understand site usage. You can disable cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to view our cost comparison data.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of your inquiry and follow-up period. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention period (14 months).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at andy@colombiamedical.co.
